We love and adore Sam and he makes us laugh every day. Sam is energetic, playful and loves meeting new people and has several doodle doggy buddies he likes to hang out with.  He is smart, curious and loves to play in the water at Priest Lake. I love his reddish Caramel color with white highlights and his coat is so soft and easy to  maintain. We have loved being guardian dog parents. It has been so nice to get guidance about training, healthcare and having a dog of this caliber in our life. His litters of pups have been gorgeous and it is so fun to see that many take after their dad.

Ozzy Willard Hottinger! We love everything about him!!! He joined our family 2 -1/2 years ago and I don’t know what we would do without him. He loves his humans so much and does not want to be out of eye site of them. His favorite things are walks, belly scratches, treats and playing with his best puppy friends! He cracks us up with the way he gets jealous of his humans! If I am giving the boys or Jeff a hug he squeezes his way in to break it up! We are honored to be chosen as his Guardian parents.

Tater Tot

Tater Tot AKA Tater or Tate is an active, super smart, BALL driven boy who makes us smile every day. The BALL is life for Tater, in fact his recall command is: “TATER GET THE BALL!!’ and he is at about 99.98% recall with that command. Tater is happiest when he is with his people, especially if we have a ball in hand. Tater will be content with laying around with us when we are feeling lazy, but as soon as we put shoes on we better have a ball ready for fetch. 

When Tori and Brent contacted us about being the guardian family for Tater Tot we had no hesitation in our decision to welcome him into our family! Tater Tot is serious about his job and there are many sweet pups out there who share his genes, most of them are easy to SPOT. Tori and Brent changed our family and gave us more than they could ever know when they trusted us to welcome Tater Tot into our family. We love every minute with this sweet boy, who by the way loves the BALL!

Archie is very silly, smart and energetic! He has 5 little human siblings that he keeps up with. He loves going on walks and playing with neighborhood dogs. He has enjoyed living by the river and swims every chance he gets. He is always up for any adventure his family takes him on, hiking, camping, traveling, morning runs with dad.

Meet Tucker Medeiros AKA Tucky Boy, Bubba, or Stinky Buns. Tucker has seriously completed our family in more ways than one. He is loving, nurturing, and always ready to go on an adventure. His favorite things to do are go on SXS rides and play with his many toys. We can’t imagine life without him, are are thankful we don’t have to! We are blessed to be part of the MHD family and to have met Tori and Brent along the way! If you ever need a cuddle, Tucker is your dude.

Dutton is a fun loving, heart stealing little dood! He is very curious, and always wants to be right in the middle of whatever we are doing! He loves to play tug and fetch, but will also happily entertain himself, as long as his humans are close by. He gives lots of kisses and his favorite place to nap is in my lap! He completes our family!
